Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Certified in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit/Microsoft Quantum)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
