Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology certification
- Demonstrated experience securing $5M+ tech innovation budgets

- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
