Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough technologies
- Build and manage a network of futurists, researchers, and venture partners
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advise leadership on technology adoption risks and opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
