Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and maintain the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Architecture Leadership: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems that align with long-term business goals.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding junior developers and senior architects alike.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for investors and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Assess technical debt and architectural risks to ensure system stability during rapid scaling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with familiarity in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing forward-looking solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
