Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design scalable, high-performance system architectures for next-gen applications and services.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, and leadershipâto drive technical strategy.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Strong background in Machine Learning and AI system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
