- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and contingency strategies
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, industry experts, and academic partners
- Quantify strategic initiatives' ROI and risk-adjusted outcomes using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Economics, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Portfolio of published strategic foresight work or white papers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or related field
