Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives leading up to 2026.
- System Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and future-proof system architectures that accommodate rapid growth and technological shifts.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing into existing ecosystems.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Lead the migration and optimization of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) to ensure maximum efficiency and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor engineering teams on architectural best practices and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and software engineering.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and long-term technology planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & Data: Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise-grade applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
