Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR strategy, organizational development, or management consulting with a focus on the future of work.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
