As our Software Engineer Trainee, you will:
Responsibilities
- Assist senior software engineers in the design, development, and testing of web and mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers and product managers.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about code architecture.
- A genuine passion for learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and version control systems (Git).
