Responsibilities
- Support Data Collection: Assist in gathering and compiling data from internal systems and external sources to ensure comprehensive datasets.
- Data Cleaning & Prep: Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to remove errors and inconsistencies, ensuring data accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Utilize tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau to create visual dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management, translating complex data into easy-to-understand insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Market Research: Conduct basic market research and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn new technologies, including SQL, Python, or Power BI.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and performing repetitive tasks.
