You will work closely with senior analysts to support key projects, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Perform statistical analysis and trend identification to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and answer complex business questions.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to maintain clear communication within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data trends.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; internship or academic research experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and index/match functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
