Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in business performance.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support project goals.
- Update existing databases and maintain data documentation for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
