Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile raw data from various internal and external sources to ensure a comprehensive dataset for analysis.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Utilize tools to clean and organize messy data, ensuring accuracy and consistency before analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can drive business strategy.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and actionable reports summarizing findings for management and non-technical teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the integrity and organization of our central databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are looking for candidates eager to learn and grow.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL or basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus but not mandatory.
