Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering data from various sources and perform preliminary cleaning and formatting to ensure accuracy.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise reports and visual dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Pattern Recognition: Analyze historical data trends to identify opportunities for business improvement and process optimization.
- Database Support: Support the maintenance of databases and ensure data integrity across different platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. High school diploma with equivalent experience will be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data sets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data in simple terms.
