Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Assist in generating weekly performance reports for departmental stakeholders
- Identify data trends and anomalies under senior analyst guidance
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Complete 3-month rotational training program covering analytics fundamentals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database structures
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
