Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and cleaning raw data from various internal and external sources.
- Create clear, actionable, and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
- Support the analytics team in generating accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to assist in strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate records of data sources and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data simply.
- Must be willing to undergo training in SQL and Python during the first few months.
