Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and cleaning of large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop basic dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends and business opportunities.
- Perform statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update internal databases and reporting systems.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team training sessions to improve analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science), or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
