Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing reports for management and stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Database Support: Collaborate with IT teams to understand database structures and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or Analytics) or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) is required; experience with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
