- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
