Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouse and documentation of data processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and extracting information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
