Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets for analysis.
- Support the creation of data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in business performance.
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and answer ad-hoc questions.
- Help maintain data integrity and documentation of data sources.
- Learn and apply SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interest in data analysis and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts (training provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
