Responsibilities
- Collect and Analyze Data: Gather, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present data insights clearly.
- Identify Trends: Analyze data trends and patterns to support business strategy and operational improvements.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical modeling and hypothesis testing to answer business questions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Graduates welcomed).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus but not required.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
