Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data quality checks and validate data integrity to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to help solve complex business problems.
- Document data processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros are a plus).
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus but not required (training provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
