Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data queries.
- Maintain and update existing data models and technical documentation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data-driven findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
- Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
