Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify business trends
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support data-driven decision making
- Assist in A/B testing design and statistical analysis for optimization initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with data analysis, internships, or relevant academic projects
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
