Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patterns
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present findings to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for data projects
- Assist in developing automated data pipelines for improved efficiency
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for marketing campaigns
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure accurate documentation of processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
