Responsibilities
- Clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create compelling visualizations with Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from cross-functional teams
- Assist in developing automated data pipelines for efficiency
- Collaborate with senior analysts to validate data accuracy
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Present insights to stakeholders through clear, concise summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Math, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with data analysis or academic projects
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Python or R (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
