Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior, sales metrics, and operational data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Prepare concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in developing automated data pipelines and quality checks
- Participate in ongoing training to master new analytical tools and techniques
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
