- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Generate performance reports and KPI summaries for stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support data-driven decisions
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Portfolio showcasing 2+ data analysis projects (academic or personal)
