Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure accuracy by cleaning and formatting datasets.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate clear, concise, and professional reports that communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE).
- Programming: Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in data and logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to approach complex problems with a logical and analytical mindset.
