Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Support data quality initiatives by cleaning, validating, and documenting datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Assist in A/B testing design and statistical analysis for marketing optimization
- Participate in agile sprint planning and data pipeline maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of academic or internship experience with data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
