Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy, roadmap, and technical vision through 2026.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative media pipelines.
- Establish rigorous governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI deployment, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., autonomous agents, neural-symbolic AI) and integrate them into the product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy and product management.
- Deep technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading large-scale engineering initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
