- Investment Strategy: Evaluate and approve capital expenditures for R&D, infrastructure upgrades, and talent acquisition.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and their business applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive change within a complex organizational structure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
