Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business outcomes.
- Report Generation: Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business value.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and improve data management processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Excel Advanced).
- Programming: Knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
