Responsibilities
- Collect and process large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover hidden patterns and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership effectively.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing operational data and suggesting data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong skills in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and quality assurance.
