As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining our data infrastructure, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleansing: Gather, validate, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and comprehensive reports that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and ensure the integrity and security of our data systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and measure campaign performance.
- Process Optimization: Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive logical conclusions.
