Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Generate weekly performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Optimize data collection processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) preferred
