Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, concise, and actionable dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel for stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support business planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Management) to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Strong), Python or R, and data visualization tools.
- Software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with SQL databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
