Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards for executive presentations
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery processes
- Collaborate with business units to define analytics requirements and KPIs
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and problem-solving
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and data modeling capabilities
- Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
