Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools
- Develop SQL queries and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reports
- Monitor KPIs and build automated dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and infrastructure
- Support A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with data manipulation using Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects with measurable impact
