Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and security compliance
- Maintain documentation for data processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure) preferred
