Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
