As a Data Analyst on our weekend team, you will be the gatekeeper of data quality and the storyteller behind the numbers. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about uncovering the stories hidden within complex datasets.
Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Transformation: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, visual dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on weekly data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Collaborate with department heads to define metrics and prepare detailed, executive-level reports.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in data collection processes and propose solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Visualization: Strong experience with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Schedule Availability: Must be willing and able to work a weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
