Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL scripts to support reporting requirements.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
