Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that influence business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely, actionable insights.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Perform statistical analysis to support weekend operational planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Must be willing to work a weekend schedule (specific days to be discussed).
