Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured formats suitable for analysis.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to support executive decision-making.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and outliers in the data.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong knowledge of Python or R is highly desirable.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational or fixed schedule.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
