Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and normalization to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a weekend shift environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
