Your Mission:
As a Data Analyst on the weekend shift, you will ensure data integrity and generate reports that support our business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business decisions.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to communicate complex insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve productivity.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, ensuring seamless integration with our data warehouse.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
