Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for weekend reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to generate weekly and monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders.
- Automate data pipelines to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency during the weekend shift.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a financial or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work a flexible weekend schedule.
