Responsibilities
- Weekend Data Integrity: Monitor and validate incoming data streams every Saturday and Sunday to ensure 100% accuracy for the upcoming business week.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Update and troubleshoot existing Tableau and Power BI dashboards to reflect real-time data changes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key trends and anomalies.
- Clean Data Management: Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to clean and standardize datasets from various sources.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate findings to the Monday-Friday team and assist in defining new KPIs based on weekend performance data.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of data discrepancies and the steps taken to resolve them.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex data simply.
